Thank you for selecting Bold Skincare & Spa. Our team of licensed professionals is committed to providing you with exceptional service that prioritizes your health, safety, and comfort.
In alignment with CDC guidelines, our staff follows strict health and safety protocols. We kindly request that you wear a mask to your appointment until your esthetician instructs you to remove it for service.

Appointments & Access
• We are appointment only – no walk-ins.
• All clients will receive a virtual key 🔑 via text on the day of their appointment to access the building.
• Location: 525 S 4th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19147 inside the Foremost Building, second floor, Suite 250B.
• Please call us if you are running late. We allow a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, it is not guaranteed that your esthetician will be able to complete your full service, but we will do our best to accommodate you.

Cancellations, No-Shows & Fees
• A 35% cancellation fee applies to any appointment canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
• No-shows are also subject to the 35% fee.
• These charges are non-refundable.
• Cancellation Benefits: If you cancel your membership, any benefits you have already paid for will remain available for one year from the cancellation date. You can still use these benefits, but you must pay the difference between the membership price and the full service price. No exceptions.

Booking & Payment
• A valid card on file is required to secure your appointment. Without a card, the system will automatically cancel your booking.
• Your card is stored securely at the time of booking and will not be charged in advance. Payment is processed at checkout after your service is completed, and any eligible discounts or promotions will be applied at that time.

Refunds & Groupons
• No refunds will be issued for any reason. All sales are final.
• We no longer accept Groupons. If you purchased a Groupon, please contact Groupon support directly for refund requests.

Confirmations & Rescheduling
• You will receive a confirmation text 48 hours before your appointment. Please confirm by clicking the link included in the text.
• If you need to reschedule, you may do so through the link in your confirmation text or directly via the PocketSuite app for clients.

Cell Phone & Recording Policy
To ensure your comfort and safety during services:
• No cell phones are allowed on the treatment bed.
• Recording (audio or video) is strictly prohibited.
• If a phone is used or found on the bed, your service may be ended immediately without refund or credit.

General Policies
No children, extra guests, or pets allowed in the treatment area.
Exceptions:
• Infants in carriers or strollers are permitted.
• Certified service animals are permitted. (Emotional support animals are not considered service animals under ADA guidelines.)
Age Requirement:
You must be 18 years or older to book an appointment.
• Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entirety of the service.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. The reason does not have to be disclosed.

• You assume all risks associated with services received and release Bold Skincare & Spa, its employees, and contractors from any liability, claims, or damages related to your service.
