Thank you for selecting Bold Skincare & Spa. Our team of licensed professionals is committed to providing you with exceptional service that prioritizes your health and safety. In alignment with CDC guidelines, all staff members continue to follow strict health protocols. We kindly request that you wear a mask to all appointments until your esthetician instructs you to remove it for service.

  We are only accepting appointments, no walk-ins.

 

All clients will be receiving a virtual key 🔑 through text the day of their appointment to access the building. We are located at 525 S 4th street Philadelphia Pa 19147 inside of the Foremost Building on the second floor suite 250B. 

Please give us a call if you are running late to your appointment. We have a 10 minute grace period,  After 10 minutes it is not guaranteed that your esthetician will have enough time to complete your full service but we will do our best to accommodate you once you've arrived.

• A charge of 30% of the service cost will be applied to any appointment canceled in less than 24 hours, with no call/no show also subject to this policy. (Non-refundable)

• Groupon discounts are redeemable only on Thursdays and Fridays during our regular business hours.

•  To ensure the best experience for all our clients, We will only be accepting ONE hair removal Groupon and ONE lash lift Groupon per client. We appreciate your understanding and support.

• Confirmation Texts are sent out 48 hours before appointment time. Be sure to confirm by clicking the link sent with the text.  

• If you have to reschedule it can be done through the link that’s sent with your confirmation text or through the PocketSuite app for clients.

• No Children, pets, or Extra Guest allowed.

• must be 18 or older to book appointment. 

• A Card on file is required to book an appointment or the appointment will automatically be canceled.
  
  
• We kindly inform you that no charges will be made upon checkout. Your credit card details will be stored securely on file, and any available discounts or promotions will be applied at the completion of your service.
